Direct Message Chat Utilities
Introduction.
This is a tutorial to show the functionality of the direct messages chat menu.
1 - When opening the Message Chat at the top on the right side, we will find the chat menu, As the image below:
Finding Topics within the Chat.
1.1 - First step Click on the icon 
it will open a tab containing the topics created within the same chat. According to the image below:

Searching Messages within Chat.
2.1 - First step Click on the icon 
it will open a tab containing the chat message search form. According to the image below:

User Information
3.1 - First step Click on the icon 
it will show the user information. According to the image below:

3.2 - To block a user just click on the option: 
this option will block the user's messages, to unblock just click on 
then the user will be unlocked.
this option will block the user's messages, to unblock just click on then the user will be unlocked.3.3 - It will also be possible in this same window, to define a user as Chat Owner, Leader, Moderator, Ignore, Silence and Remove the user from the Room. Clicking on the icon

Listing Files
4.1 - To list the files sent and received, just click on the icon: 
4.2 - By selecting this option it will be possible to view the files contained within the direct message chat. According to the image below:
